GRACE: GRC Review & Automation Centralized Engine

GRC 5250 is a three stage review of owned fixed asset activity within the prior month period. At present, local Accounting teams will send out spreadsheets containing the data for review each month with deadlines for review completion based on local requirements. While this control is performed by Finance teams on a monthly basis, it is only approved in the GRC system on a quarterly basis, and as such evidence should be stored at each month end close ready for quarter end leadership reviews.
